MBA Global Programs remains committed to providing global experiences while prioritizing student safety. We have significant resources through partner schools, CDC, WHO, the US Department of State, and others, to make sound and quick decisions when we need to.

For all global programs we seek approval by the provost office at UNC. Even if your program is permitted to run, it’s important to note that programs can still be canceled at any time, up until departure. We are trying our very best to create safe travel experiences during an unpredictable and unprecedented time.

Full-Time MBA students:

You are eligible to study abroad during your 2nd year. You may select a module (mod I, II, III, or IV) or a semester. A semester involves combining mods (mods I & II or mods III & IV).

Tuition:

You remain enrolled a UNC student during your mod or semester abroad, and continue to pay tuition as though you were taking classes at Kenan-Flagler. Learn more about credits here.

Exchange Program overview:

Once you’ve narrowed down your program selection, set up an appointment with Patricia Collins, and attend the Information Session.

Career Coach Approval:

You are required to gain approval from a career coach for the exchange. This is to ensure that an exchange program does not interfere with any recruiting opportunities you still participate in.
