How to Apply

Application:  Review first ‘Exchange Application Overview’

The application requires you to submit answers to 3 short essay questions, and add a .pdf copy of your resume. The application will ask if your Career Coach has approved your Exchange. Please meet/email with them ahead of time and discuss your plans. 

If you hold a leadership position within the MBASA Executive Board or any career clubs, planning to go abroad in Mod III will be difficult and you will need approval from the MBASA President. Please check before applying.  VPs are fine to apply, only Club Presidents will need to seek permission.

Space is limited due to number of spots available. If this happens, MBA Global Programs will work with you on your second or third choice program. Applications are not reviewed on a rolling basis. All applications will be reviewed after the deadline and you will be notified via email of our decision. We will then nominate you to the exchange school. The exchange partner school will continue to be your point of contact for their registration process.

All students who were placed and who signed a commitment form will be charged a nonrefundable placement fee. 

  • For Long (mod or semester) Exchange: $300
  • For Short Exchange (DBI): $150 per DBI
